Tradeflex recognises the importance of protecting the privacy and confidentiality of client, employee and applicant information. We collect personal information only where necessary to deliver our services, manage employment relationships, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.

• Client information such as contact details, cleaning schedules, site plans, security information and emergency contacts.
• Employee and applicant information including contact details, employment history, qualifications, references and, where required, sensitive information such as criminal history checks.

All personal information is treated confidentially and is only accessible to authorised personnel who require it for operational, management or employment purposes. Tradeflex employees and contractors are trained in privacy obligations and are prohibited from accessing, using or disclosing information except as required to perform their duties.

While working on client sites, cleaners may be exposed to confidential information. Employees are instructed not to read, copy, record or disclose any information they may encounter during the course of their work.

Tradeflex takes reasonable steps to safeguard personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information that is no longer required is securely destroyed or de-identified in accordance with our record retention requirements.
